March "Marc" Gray Marc is February's younger brother by roughly thirteen months and the only one of her siblings with whom she has remained on constant good terms. Generally good natured and supportive, Marc often takes it upon himself to mediate most of the conflicts between his sisters, letting his own needs slide to the wayside. Raised with three girls has given him a great understanding of women, yet he's usually very passive about pursuing them. He is much more comfortable in the background than taking center stage (going by a more common nickname, "Marc," to help blend in), and though he is good at resolving other people's conflicts, he prefers to avoid getting wrapped up in difficult situations himself. Though he aspires to one day have a large family of his own, he is far more interested and involved in perserving and repairing the family he already has and living vicariously through his siblings. He is much more a parent to May than April or Rick, emulates January in his career aspirations, and was until recently was the only member of the Gray family to even keep in touch with February. Though his own life may seem rather uneventful, he takes great pleasure in the success of others.
