Samantha Lee Born October 31, 1979, Samantha Lee is the first generation only child of two Chinese immigrants. Instilled with religious fervor by her mother at an early age, Samantha has always looked down on gambling, prostitution, and all forms of debauchery despite her father's frequent participation at casinos. She does, however, love her father and works as a maid in an attempt to subsidize his losses, but since her mother was killed by a drunk driver when Samantha was twelve, Samantha has also taken it upon herself to "save" her father and all other similar "lost souls" (such as February). Though Samantha would claim that her mother's death has shown Samantha the evil of others' vice and strengthened her resolve to "save" them, it has in fact only forced her to grow up quickly and naively. She has never had an education higher than high school, and unlike February, she has never had the opportunity to go that far. Despite being almost six years older than February, Samantha is still very much a child, and rarely does anything for herself without the ulterior motive of trying to make her mother proud. She is currently dating Chuck.
